DONT EVER DEAL WITH OFFICER KROAH FROM HIGHWAY PATROL!!

Please all fellow officer friends of mine chime in

Driving home about 830pm on murrieta hot springs rd headed towards 215 north my girlfriend that was fallowing me was rear ended by a newer red ford explore. Her rear end caused her to rear end me with minor damage. Following the accident the person that rear ended us took off. I then hopped back in my car followed the vehicle for three exits. I reported his license plate to 911 and had an officer meet me to talk about what had happened. Officer Kroah from highway patrol responded. he began asking questions about the incident. He asked for I.D and and proof of insurance. My insurance is electronic and he said he will get it later. He than asked where my girlfriend was at. He told me my license was suspended and we then drove to my house to meet up with my girlfriend at my house. Arriving at my house he said he needed to talk with me. He began to question me about my license and the accident. Officer Kroah expressed he felt that the accident sounds like my girlfriend hit me and we are trying to blame it on another vehicle. He also told me he will be giving me a ticket for a no valid license. I then showed proof of a license and a paper proving my license is not suspended. While me and the officer we chatting he then told my girlfriend her license is suspended and will be writing her a ticket for no proof of insurance or a valid license. She had left her wallet at the funeral home we attended for her grandmothers passing. Officer then stated he will have the watch commander come to the scene to write these tickets. After a brief argument I had expressed to officer Kroah that he needs to write our tickets fill out the report and let us go back to normal life's. Officer expressed he needs to wait for watch command to come. I then told him when the watch commander gets here please come knock on my door to get us. He threatens us with "if you both walk into your home I will tow both these vehicles at your expense and not fill out this report". I told him my girlfriend is pregnant and cold and tired and we don't have time to wait. He began to threaten us still and after a brief talk back and forth he told us to go inside and he will knock when he is needing us. After thirty minutes of waiting for the knock he arrives at my door with a card for us to call to get a copy of the report and handed us two citation.

My girlfriend received a ticket for a suspended license, and no proof of insurance.

I received a ticket for a suspended license and no proof of insurance. After I heard the ticket i was getting I expressed to the officer that he told me was gonna get a copy of my insurance later in the report process. He told me to show him the insurance and he will trash the ticket. I attempted to log into my progressive insurance website to log on and there website was down. The officer told me he didn't have time to wait. I told the officer that I waited for him to contact the sergeant and figure out what they are gonna do with our incident and he can wait for me to troubleshoot my log on account. After calling progressives technical line they told me I'd have to wait till tomorrow to access my account. The officer and watch commander told me they will just mail me all the ticket stuff and they then took off.

You call for help with a hit and run on your pregnant girlfriend and you get tickets and no resolution to anything.

Next time I'll continue to fallow the suspect myself and make my own citizen arrest and deal with it myself. I'm sorry and don't mean to offend anyone that works for the police department or any government official agency, but this is unfair and our government has to much power.

I encourage all to get a concealed weapons permit and and protect yourself and your assets. From now on I will not count on a police officer to assist me. Again sorry to offend anyone.

Please share and pass this along. We should feel the safety of a law officer. Not be afraid.
