Pechanga's Disenrollment Decade: Ten Years of Theft of Heritage/Apartheid

As this month is TEN YEARS since the Manuela Miranda descendants have been disenrolled, we are putting this Chronology of Events of Pechanga's Disenrollments up for review.  Please share with your friends and Social Media.

1. In December 2001, apparently in the holiday spirit, Yolanda McCarter (niece of Irene Scearce and Ruth Masiel  OP: and she is the porcine one on the Pechanga infomercial saying she could die happy if she didn't have the casino money.) submitted a letter to Enrollment Committee demanding the Committee research several families including ours.  The request stated that "this (be) straightened up before the next election in July." (So that there would be fewer votes for any opposition, a clear sign that they wanted to disenfranchise "several families" from voting.

It IS about money and it's also about POWER. Imagine if the GOP was able to get 25% of the Democrat voters from voting? Well that's what happened. The faction known as the CPP wouldn't want an honest evaluation of what has been going on. And they certainly wouldn't want a family whose votes they couldn't control in the tribe.

Any intervention by the federal government would violate various scts and compacts. Its basically all or nothing. Either the fed stays out of their business or they take over. Crimes have truly been committed but there is simply nothing that can be done about it at this time.

Since the Pechanga Tribal Council, led by Mark Macarro has violated their own Tribal Constitution, I'm sure he wouldn't mind any violations of compacts. Oh, remember when he put in those CLASS II machines over the legal amount of machines per the COMPACT? Yep, whatever happened to those? Ask Andrew Masiel of the Tribal Council...... he knows.

I dont think people realize the amount of power Pechanga has in Temecula. They give money to EVERYONE. No one wants to mess with them. If we're talking about what the article is talking about, it isnt our business, it's theirs.
