Should Local tribes, Pechanga and Pala be EXCLUDED as Bad Actors from ANY Internet Poker Deal?

The 3 member California Tribal Business Alliance includes the civil and human rights violating tribe, the Pala Band of Luiseno Indians which has disenrolled 15% of their tribe. They want POKERSTARS excluded from any Internet Poker deal? Should they REALLY be speaking out against BAD ACTORS, after violating civil and human rights?   Should Pechanga ALSO be excluded while practicing APARTHEID on their reservation just down the road from the casino?

Should any tribe that terminated Native Americans be given any more gaming rights?   Locally, Pala and Pechanga, and statewide, Redding Rancheria, Mooretown, Enterprise, Chukchansi, San Pasqual should ALL be excluded.  At least Pokerstars, which the CTBA want excluded paid their debt.

It seems more like controlling market share than an issue of "justice".  CTBA needs to look in the mirror.
