One person was critically injured in a single-car crash Tuesday just east of Temecula.
The crash was reported at 4:55 p.m. at Highway 79 South and Dugan Road in Aguanga, according to CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire Department Spokesperson Melody Hendrickson.
Responding firefighters found one person who had been ejected during the crash. The patient was transported by ambulance to an area hospital with major injuries, according to Hendrickson.
Two engines carrying six firefighters responded to the wreckage, she said.
