The sheriff's coroner released the name of the victim of a suspected DUI crash in Winchester.
Ella Anne Jefferson, 69, of Hemet, died around 11:21 a.m. on eastbound Domenigoni Parkway about a third of a mile west of Leon Road, according to the coroner's office.
She was hit head-on by a man suspected of drunken driving. He was arrested shortly after the crash, according to sheriff's officials.
