Big Rig Hits Hydrant, Flooding Ensues
The flooding occurred at the Red Hawk Towne Center.
An NBC reporter tweeted this photo of a knocked over hydrant at the Red Hawk Towne Center in Temecula at 8 this morning.
According to Tony Shin, a big rig truck ran into the hydrant, causing geyser-like conditions.
