Burglars Break Into Temecula Carl’s Jr.

Police are looking for the suspects that allegedly burglarized a Carl's Jr. located at 44515 Bedford Court in Temecula.

Temecula police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding the burglars who hit Carl’s Jr. early Friday morning.

According to a report from Lt. Doug McGrew, at around 4:50 a.m. a delivery truck driver made a stop at the restaurant located at 44515 Bedford Court when he saw two people run out the back door of the business wearing dark clothing, ski masks, and gloves.

The driver called 911 to report the incident, but the suspects got away on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. According to McGrew, the pair headed toward a nearby riverbed.

At the crime scene, police discovered the burglars entered the fast-food eatery from a broken window and began prying open cash registers, and placing the loot into garbage bags.

At this time no one is in custody, McGrew reported.
