Car Barrels Off Freeway, Traffic Grinds to Halt

A car that reportedly spun off the side of Interstate 15 had traffic grinding to a halt today.
The crash was reported at 5:20 p.m. on the southbound side of the freeway just north of Winchester, according to a Riverside County Fire Department dispatcher.
A silver Toyota Matrix and a gray Toyota Avalon were sitting in lanes at 5:27 p.m., and a Honda Civic was sitting in the bushes on the side of freeway.
