The sixth-annual Battle of the Badges Blood Drive is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday at the Temecula CHP office, according to CHP Officer Nathan Baer. For the location, .

"During the holiday season, there is an increased need for blood donations," Baer said via an emailed announcement.

All donors will get a Battle of the Badges T-shirt, a coupon for a free appetizer at Mimi's Cafe, a coupon fora free Cold Stone Createry Creation and a voucher for two tickets to a Los Angeles Clippers game -- though a $5 processing fee will be necessary to use each ticket.
