Border Patrol: Mexican National Caught Smuggling…

Cop Murder Suspect Sued LAPD After He Was Fired

Christopher Jordan Dorner is suspected of killing two people in Irvine and a police officer in Riverside County.

The fired Los Angeles Police Department officer being sought Thursday in connection with three killings filed a lawsuit against the department shortly after his termination in hopes of getting his job back—but was rejected by the court.

Christopher Jordan Dorner filed a petition in Los Angeles Superior Court in April 2009, asking that a judge overturn an LAPD Board of Rights finding that he falsely accused his field training officer of kicking a suspect in 2007. Dorner was fired in September 2008 based on the board's findings.

According to a 21-page opinion by a three-justice panel of the 2nd District Court of Appeal denying Dorner's bid to get his job back, Dorner told LAPD Capt. Donald Deming in 2007 that he "had something bad to report" and expressed remorse for not coming forward sooner. Dorner then told Deming that the training officer kicked the suspect twice in the shoulder area and once in the face, according to the appellate court opinion.

Dorner also claimed that training officer told him not to tell anyone what had happened, according to the opinion.

However, the board, after reviewing the evidence, found no evidence that the training officer kicked the suspect, according to the appellate court opinion.

"The board found there was evidence that appellant had a motive to make a false complaint, citing the training officer's testimony that (Dorner) was going to receive an unsatisfactory probationary rating if he did not improve his performance and the kicks were reported the day after (Dorner) received an evaluation," the appellate court opinion states. "The board concluded that (he) was not credible and found him guilty of the charges against him."

In May 2010, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Yaffe denied Dorner's petition asking that he be reinstated to the LAPD. Yaffe's ruling was affirmed on appeal in October 2011.

During a news conference Thursday, LAPD Chief Charlie Beck said he had no intention of reinstating Dorner or clearing his name.

"That case was thoroughly adjudicated," Beck said. "It was reviewed at multiple levels. It went to the ultimate form of review in the LAPD, a Board of Rights, where two command officers and a civilian representative review the entirety of the case as represented by an attorney, and make a judgment. You know, I think in the analysis you will find Dorner's statements to be self- serving and the statements of somebody that is very unhappy with his lot in life."

Cody, Please read his manifesto with an open mind, he sounds very credible to me! The LAPD has been investigated numerous times for crookedness, corruption, abuses and such.

CREDIBLE OR NOT , DOES NOT GIVE HIM THE RIGHT TO SHOOT OTHER WHO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS ISSUES... NOW HE'S JUST AS BAD AS ANY OF THEM COULD HAVE BEEN.. IF ANYTHING, HE'S MUCH WORSE... A KILLER WITH SPECIAL TRAINING AND A BAD ATTITUDE... HE NEEDS TO BE SHOT ON SITE.

Uncle Fester, I have to agree with you to a point. At what time did he not try to bring his case before the courts? Or his superiors? We do still have a good ol boy system, even Obama is showing it, only in another direction. This young man was tops in everything he did do,,,,,he used this to take revenge against the woman who said his performance on the job, crying? in a squad car,,,,,for example, begging for some retraining at academy after being yanked off for six months of war? He needed help back then, and he did not get it. And one more thing I have noticed in reading about him,,,,,,,NOW THE POLICE SAY HE HAS ALL THESE DISORDERS, AND MENTAL TROUBLES, OH MY, THEN WHY DID THEY NOT HELP HIM TO BEGIN WITH? WHY DID THEY PUT HIM BACK OUT INTO A SQUAD CAR? IF HIS MIND WAS SO AMISS? I never advocate murdering the innocent this is one reason I am so against abortions of our babies Sir,,,,,he gave up, he seems to have many rebellious friends on line, go read it, follow who is supporting him on Face book for example, mostly black radicals,,,,,,,,,,,,,,So if the police would have helped him back into society after war service, or taken the time to have him re evaluated this, as they are also JUST NOW re evaluating his case with the force in firing him,,,,,,,,,maybe THEY would have prevented him from "going off" and seeking revenge. I think this has much deeper meaning Sir. Go read up more about him and his life please.

Has anyone ever questioned and found out how many innocent people have been affected or killed by the LAPD? Ramparts investigations comes to mind,,,, they are corrupt down there,,,,,not all are bad cops, but many are cop/thugs, some like to administer "extra pain" as this woman who kicked the victim in the chest and face,,,,,OH MY , such proceedures should be STOPPED. I think he used the fact on his behalf when they were firing him, but never the less, why did she get off and he get fired? Read up on him on Face book, and then also take a look at those who are calling him a hero, they are featured on Face book also. Not too hard to see, his friends on line were radicals and hate the system....... bad friends make for trouble, even for a man like he was trying to do all the right things. I also noticed the question some where on line, as to WHY he would want his job back with a dept. who was so corrupt and racist?? I like to read and find facts if I can. I find we have many more serious problems than what plastic bag is floating in a river. We have dead victims floating in rivers in America and they count much more to me.
