A tragedy so far out from a hospital too. I hope this person recovers. Did anyone see what he/she hit or why they ran into a ditch? Sometimes avoiding animals crossing the roads can lead to just a bit of a steering wheel turn and off the road one goes. Its just a automatic thing in our hearts I guess to avoid animals and not think of what we might end up doing to us or our cars. If this even had anything to do with it.

Unless it's a largestock animal, don't avoid it, go right over it. Your life is more important than a suicidal critter. With large stock it's best to brake and hold on, while praying of course.

Me too Tvor. Accidents are just damn sad and most could be avoided which is the saddest part of them. One mistake.
