One person suffered smoke inhalation when a stove and cabinets caught fire in a Temecula residence Monday, a county fire department spokeswoman said.
The fire was reported about 9:40 a.m. in the 30200 block of Cupeno Lane and was contained to the stove and cabinets roughly 10 minutes later.
One resident was transported to a local hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said. No other injuries were reported.
The cause was under investigation.
