2 a.m. at Winchester: 25-year-old white female arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence

3 a.m. at Rancho California Road: 33-year-old white male and 28-year-old white male arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct involving drugs/alcohol

4:08 a.m. at Bedford Court: 21-year-old Hispanic male arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving without a license, failing to show proof of insurance, and failure to appear in court

4:55 a.m. at Reagan Way: 38-year-old Hispanic male arrested on suspicion of willfully harming a child
