Illegal Cache of Pills Found in Traffic Stop

Vincent Astone of Temecula and Jeremy Miller of Minnesota were arrested Thursday evening when a cache of Ecstasy pills were allegedly found in their possession.

A traffic stop in Old Town Thursday led to the discovery of $1,000 in Ecstasy pills, sheriff's officials said.

Minnesota resident Jeremy Miller, 36, and Vincent Astone, 47, of Temecula, were taken into custody and were to be booked into the county jail on suspicion of possession and transportation for sale of narcotics, according to Riverside County sheriff’s Sgt. Steve Fredericks.

The vehicle was stopped about 7:15 p.m. on Old Town Front Street, near Second Street, Fredericks said.

Anyone with information on this incident was asked to call Temecula police at (951) 696-3000.

I could swear I've seen the guy on the right somewhere before.... on the cover of Mad Magazine maybe?

If you think you've seen them before you're right. These clowns beg for money on the 1-15 off ramps on Temecula Parkway. People feel sorry for them and go out of their way to give them money. The money then goes to buy drugs and alcohol to be used in their hillside camps behind Pujol Street. So many people move to beautiful Temecula to find a better life for their families. It's unfortunate so many people live with blinders on and support these people who follow them from other communities.

I recently wrote a short blog on here about these "ramp rats".
