I am a very close friend of the wife. This story does not tell the truth. The police investigation determined that Manny was NOT at fault, but only a victim of being in the wrong place at the wrong time...It is devastating for all who knew Manny, and even heart breaking to watch his wife mourn his loss... Anyone who can, please contribute to his Memorial fund to help pay for the extensive costs adding up because of his death. No amount is too small!
