UPDATED: Nevada Amber Alert Cancelled for 3-Year-old, 9-Year-old

An Amber Alert has been activated by the California Highway Patrol concerning a 3-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl missing from Elko, Nev.

UPDATED: UPDATED: An Amber Alert issued Friday for two children who were reported missing from Elko, Nev., was canceled Saturday after they were found in Sacramento.

Officials did not provide further details other than to say the alert had been deactivated.

ORIGINAL POST: The California Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for an alleged abduction of two children in Elko, Nevada, and they were taken by a couple described as their "non-custodial parents" who may be headed to the Sacramento area.

Lillyana Ramires is 9 years old and Martin Angel Rosales II is her 3-year-old brother, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.

"They are believed to be with their non-custodial parents, Martin Cisneras Rosales, also known as Martin Cisneros, approximately 34 years old, and Amber Schenck, approximately 30 years old," the Nevada Highway Patrol alert states.

The adults allegedly took the children Wednesday Aug. 14 in the Elko area and they were last seen in a dark blue, late 1980s or early 1990s Ford Mustang with "possible Nebraska license plates or a temporary plate."

"Martin Rosales is said to have violent tendencies when dealing with police," Nevada authorities said. "A restraining order was issued in July to keep him away from his son as well as a court order stating the children are in danger of serious harm from their parents."

To report possible sightings call 9-1-1, the CHP advised.
