Photos Released of Murrieta Bank Robbery Suspect

The robbery happened at 2:55 p.m. Monday at Pacific Western Bank, 41381 Kalmia St., just west of Interstate 15 in Murrieta.

Murrieta police have released surveillance photos of the suspect in a bank robbery.

The robbery happened at 2:55 p.m. Monday at Pacific Western Bank, 41381 Kalmia St., just west of Interstate 15 in Murrieta.

A white or light-skinned Hispanic man in his mid-30s wearing a dark-colored beanie and dark sunglasses allegedly “presented the teller with a demand note and verbally told the teller to give him money,” according to Murrieta police.

“The teller complied with the suspect’s demand and the suspect was last seen running toward Village Walk Place.”

Police said no one was injured in the incident.

The suspect has short black or brown hair, is approximately 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighs between 170 and 190 pounds. He was wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt with an orange undershirt and light-colored pants with a blue stripe down the side of the pant legs.
