Pot Dispensary Burglar Gets 120 Days

He broke into two medical marijuana dispensaries before being caught trying to throw a brick through the window of a third.

A man who burglarized several medical marijuana dispensaries was sentenced to jail.

Jose Ramon Vidrio, 20, will serve 120 days minus  six days for time served plus 36 months on probation, according to court records.

Vidrio broke into two medical marijuana shops in early August in French Valley before getting caught trying to throw a brick through the window of a third, sheriff's officials said.

The owner of the third dispensary caught Vidrio, who then jumped in his car and sped away.

The shop's owner chased Vidrio in his vehicle until the burglar crashed.

The two men then jumped out of their cars, and the shop owner chased down the burglar and subdued him until law enforcement arrived.
