Officials Search for Missing Woman

Sarah Ruth Maddox, 30, is described as black, about 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing about 190 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Riverside County Sheriff's deputies are on the search for a Rancho California woman after her family reported her missing yesterday.

The family of Sarah Ruth Maddox, 30, say they last saw her leaving her home in the 33700 block of Star Hill Street with friends at 11 p.m. on Friday, according to a release from the sheriff's department.

Authorities do not suspect foul play in her disappearance, and said she did not appear to be at risk.

Anyone with information about where Maddox might be is asked to call the Sheriff’s Southwest Station at 951-696-3000.

KAE, welcome to the Patch. There is also a Murrieta and Meniffe Patch. If you type in Temecula Patch in your search engine, it will also bring up all the other Patch's like Camp Pendleton, and others in California. :)

Stanley, Can I ask what you do when life gets hard for you? Seems you dismiss that there is a God to make your petitions to, do you just happen to evolve and thus your life is made better? Just curious.

Believe it or not, saw the missing woman this morning walking in her neighborhood. She lives near me although I don't know her. I recognized her and put down my window an shouted something about her being the missing woman. I then called the police. The police investigated and later called me back and said she was at home. The were going to look into the situation. I wonder it wasa case of family dispute or just out with friends. I Amos curious and concerned. My children were so worried when I shouted out to her this morning. I saw two police cars and a helicopter looking for her yesterday too.

I hope so, Brenda. I just don't know if they notified police that she was home because they didn't know when I called them this morning. It wasn't until they investigated it did they find out and notify me. She looked happy and smily when I shouted out to her this morning. I recognized those white teeth from the photo.
