Borel Road was closed today around 1:30 p.m. due to a search operation between the Riverside and San Diego counties' sheriff's department.
What investigators were searching for, however, remained unavailable as of publication time.
Neither San Diego nor Riverside County sheriff's spokespeople were able to say whether they were searching for Brittany Killgore, who disappeared from Fallrboook Friday.
Only residents were allowed to enter a stretch of Borel Road between Warren and Buck roads as of publication time.
