Second B&B Shooting Trial Nears End

Witness testimony concludes in the trial of Louis DiBernardo, who is accused of killing a man in his Wine Country B&B.


Witness testimony finished in the retrial of a man accused of fatally shooting a business associate in his Wine Country B&B.

Louis Joseph DiBernardo, 60, is on trial for the second time. He was tried in December at the in French Valley and found guilty of making criminal threats and kidnapping, but the jury hung on a charge of murder.
