Sex Charges Filed Against Former Teacher

Formal charges have been brought against a former Temecula teacher for allegedly carrying on a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old former middle school student.
The Riverside County District Attorney's Office has charged James Pinckard, 56, with 13 counts of unlawful sex with a minor more than three years younger. He is also charged with one count of oral copulation with a minor and indecent exposure.
