Starbucks Burglar Identified

The suspect is known to burglarize stores in the area frequently, a sheriff's official says.

A man who allegedly burglarized a Starbucks coffee house was identified.

Darius Jerrod Frye, 22, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on Old Town Front and Main streets, according to jail records.

He was booked into the Southwest Detention Center on felony charges of burglary. His bail was set at $5,000, according to the record.

He allegedly walked casually into the coffee house on Ynez and Rancho California roads, took money from the tip jar, and walked away, according to witnesses.
