I could be wrong, but I have always heard from experts, stoners and medical marijuana supporters that pot was not addictive. But this case must prove that it is. I am confused.

What was this judge thinking? A bank robbery is a crime and the punishment is a slap on the wrist. The message from this judge is: It's OK to rob a bank, it's OK to take the $10,000.and spend it, it's OK to take drugs, it's OK to scare employees in a bank who choose to work for their money and it's OK to disappoint the community who expects "Do the right thing" (to quote Spike Lee) law inforcement.

There's little deterrant to crime if the consequences are not severe.
