A blaze that charred the façade of Light of Faith Christian Center in Temecula Tuesday night was quickly knocked down by fire crews, according to authorities.
Twenty-six firefighters battled the blaze at the single-story building, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Jody Hagemann.
The fire reported at 10:08 p.m. at 27727 Jefferson Avenue was contained in about 30 minutes.
The California Highway Patrol has a nearby Temecula office on Commerce Center Drive and CHP officers were the first-responders on scene, although Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department was quickly called in, according to a CHP spokeswoman.
There were no injuries reported; the cause of the fire is under investigation, according to Hagemann.
Fire crews will be on scene through midnight, Hagemann reported.
I''m atheist. Curious to hear about your insults. Care to share?
Thanks for responding.
Them's fightin' words, Johnny! (Just kidding.) It is common that discussions often veer off course and into new directions. And as you noted, sometimes it's over the silliest things... like grammar and punctuation (and usually accompanied by insults and personal attacks).
I might also add that I did not make any personal or religious attacks. temecula patch editors aren't as liberal as the editors in my hometown neighborhoods
