The incident happened on June 26 at the victim's family's home in the 32000 block of Valentino Way, Dickey wrote in an affidavit supporting a search warrant.

Morrison, who was staying at the victim's family's house as a welcomed guest, sent the girl a text message around 2 a.m. asking her for a hug, according to the investigator.

The victim came from her bedroom upstairs to the suspect's room downstairs, and he kissed and orally copulated the victim on his bed, according to the affidavit.

The victim and the suspect met at the house again two days later and kissed, the document states. Whether Morrison's wife was living with him at the house at the time was unclear.

The suspect sent the victim numerous inappropriate text messages for three weeks leading to the event, according to Dickey.

"The defendant wrote in these messages that the victim was 'beautiful' and that he liked her body and wished that she had some of the same qualities as his wife," the investigator reported. "The defendant also texted her, 'I want to cuddle with you naked, skin on skin.'"

The investigator asked Morrison for his phone during the interogation, he said he lost it.

Dickey later found it by pinging it. "Verizon provided me with the latitude and longitude location of the cell phone at the last time it was turned on," he said.

The phone was at a local car dealership, so Dickey served a search warrant and went through the victim's car there, but found nothing, according to a search warrant return.
