Temecula Valley Unified School District will fight a judge's decision that a student who was caught in a drug sting should be reinstated in school, according to a U-T San Diego report.

A judge ruled on March 8 that a teen, who is accused of selling marijuana to an undercover deputy, should stay in school. The .

Attorney Sarah Sutherland will file an appeal on behalf of the school district and told the newspaper that "TVUSD continues to believe we acted appropriately and lawfully in cooperating with the Riverside County Sheriffโ€™s Department's investigation, and disciplining students involved in illicit drug sales to police officers at school."
