Toddler Regains Pulse After Near Drowning In Temecula

The child, whose name and age are not being released, was found shortly after 8 p.m. in a residential swimming pool in the 44800 block of Fern Circle.

A little girl was rescued by firefighters Monday night after she was found drowning in a Temecula swimming pool, a Cal Fire spokeswoman is reporting.

The child, whose name and age are not being released, was found shortly after 8 p.m. in a residential swimming pool in the 44800 block of Fern Circle, according to a report from Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson.

“Upon firefighter arrival, the toddler was in full arrest but regained a pulse during transport,” the spokeswoman wrote in her report.

The child was transported to a hospital but her current condition is unknown.
