How about the two WHITE American males who ordered our Military to invade IRAQ and attack Afghanistan, resulting in the death of thousand's of our troops. And the maiming of tens of thousands more of our troops. Those two WHITE Americans are not in prison they are free to play golf, or write books. However one of these two ( Bush) cannot risk visiting Europe because he is considered a war criminal over there.. And a warrant for his arrest might be issued Now compare the crimes of those two WHITE Americans, with the puny and pathetic crime of the three BLACK Americans who robbed the AM/PM store at gun point.. These 3 BLACK Americans broke the law and will face justice . So did the 2 WHITE guys Bush and Cheney break international Law But B & C. never spent time in prison for their massive crime, of lying to the American people and causing the deaths of so many young Americans who were made to invade IRRAQ and Afghanistan. One law for the RICH criminal and another law for the POOR criminal.. WAY NOT TO GO AMERICA..

Rex . Dude . do you not understand that name calling is a very crude excuse for discussion or debate. I once had a lovely small Jack Russell dog and his name was Rex.. Have a tranquil day Dude , Remember you and I live is a country of laws 99% and possibly 1% justice..
Galactic Cannibal December 10, 2012 at 04:12 PM
TVOR NO dude. Just pointing out the sad lack of justice in our country . And how LAW trumps Justice in the US 99% of the time. the white Bush -n - Cheney should do time for their crime. But they won't. These three Black men will do time for their crime.

Wow, three 6 foot black guys wearing clothes... they should have no problem finding them... ugh!
rex December 10, 2012 at 04:30 PM
Whatever ur opinion is about the war in iraq, there are valid points to be made on both sides. But to minimize 3 dudes who jack a gas station with a gun is weak. I gaurantee u this is not their first or last caper. I would venture to say there have been numerous victims of violent crimes they have committed and not been brought to justice for.Oh and sorry if I hurt ur feelings with the clown thing.

... All stores have cameras dont they?? Im pretty sure this one did so sooner than later these guys will b brought 2 justice.
TVOR December 11, 2012 at 12:11 AM
GC, are you implying that Bush and Cheney were not charged with crimes because they are white? That would be absurd, we all know it was because they are a jew and a baptist.

Sure, the police should release photos from security cameras. Maybe they do it in Temecula city web site? I know that there is a local wanted list with security camera pictures of crimes in the Murrieta and nearby areas posted on the Murrieta dot org web site. Click on police department and look along the left margin to click on most wanted list.

I am aware that many small stores have cameras that are not functioning. I do not know if Temecula and Murrieta have any inspection requirements on them to have operable cameras and do periodic inspections, just as apartment buildings have inspections to see that fire extinguishers are checked to see if they have currently valid recharged dates. I think they should require the security cameras are operating! Someone will say that invades the choice of the business operator. I say it is for the safety and benefit of all th eother business operators and customers to be able to identify and find and prosecute these robbers, and deter would be robbers.

I know that a particular motel in this local Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Temecula Area has many security cameras along its building. But none of them are operable except one inside the motel office. It also has several cameras in outdoor housing on a nearby building pointed at the motel office and at the motel swinmming pool. That looks impressive but they are empty sheels, just for looks. A possible very serious crime or murder occured there where it should have been recorded on about 4 security cameras, but all of the cameras aimed at that location were NOT operating, or were dummies.

In locations where medical marijuana dispensaries are given operating permits it is usually a REQUIREMENT they have a security COLOR cameras covering the entire inside AND the area nearby outside. Where the dispensary is permitted, the operator is motivated to comply with the rules. The collective members have to sign an agreement to not smoke or hang out nearby. If the members break that agreement they are kicked out from the collective and can no longer obtain their medicine there. In places where the dispensary does not have a permit they might or might not exercise those safety rules. In places where only tough criminal types open a hidden dispensary they are much more likelt to also sell to minors and persons with no doctors recommendation, or even sell meth or cocain or oxycotin, and not have video cameras.. It is a fact that there were over 650 MMJ dispensaries operating in California WITH city or county PERMITS prior to the ongoing federal crackdown. IT IS A FACT That in many of those locations crime in areas near the permitted dispensaries was REDUCED. IT is a fact that when some of the established locally permitted dispensaries were closed down by the Feds crime in the nearby areas INCREASED. That was believed to be happening because there had been security video of the parking lots, or street and sidewalks in front and nearby, plus more traffic by responsible customers, and assumed police drivebys. BUY COLOR SECURITY CAMERAS - THE WAY TO GO!

Brenda December 12, 2012 at 09:10 PM
Rex, what he says is somewhat true if you read it all hun. Also yeah no reason for name calling definately. I broke Gal Cann of that name calling stuff about a month ago and I dont want you to ruin his recovery process ok? Thank you :)
Brenda December 12, 2012 at 09:15 PM
LOL TVOR But seriously, I get what Gal Cann says and I cannot believe I am saying that. LOL He is on track with the article just about 3000 miles from the stop. But back to the robbery here, thank God no one was shot, and hopefully they will be found, but its off the freeway, and back on the freeway and out of the area in 15 min, with a possible car change down the street kind of thing. :/ If you sit next to the freeway its a bad choice even though you make alot of $$$
