Two More Arrested in Winchester Murder Case

The victim's nephew is already facing charges of murder connected to a body found in a Winchester home.

Two more suspects have been arrested in the killing of a Temecula-area man last week.

Ian Inserra, 36, and Patty Ann Lamoureaux, 45, both of Winchester, were arrested by Riverside County Sheriff's investigators this morning, according to sheriff's Sgt. Brian Reno.

Bradley Capen, 53, was found dead July 6 in his home on Las Caballos Road in an unincorporated area of Temecula. Sheriff's deputies responded to the home after receiving a report of a possible assault with a deadly weapon.

Capen's 28-year-old nephew, Kyle Miller, of Winchester, was arrested the next day on suspicion of murder. To read about the incident,

Sheriff's investigators developed additional information that led to the arrests of Inserra and Lamoureux early Tuesday, Reno said.

Inserra was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder and robbery. Lamoureux was arrested on suspicion of acting as an accessory to the crime.

Lamourex was being held at Robert Presley Detention Center on $5,000 bail.

Inserra was being held at Southwest Detention Center. No bail had been set.
