Update 10:20 p.m.:
A Honda slowing to make a turn was rearended by a newer model Honda Accord Saturday, causing minor injuries to the passengers in the first car, a California Highway Patrol sergeant told Patch.
A maroon Honda had just slowed outside of Winchester Farms orchard when the driver of the Accord slammed her car into it, according to CHP Sgt. Randy Costelow.
The driver of the Accord -- a woman -- apparently did not notice that the car ahead of her had stopped, Costelow told Patch.

Two people were injured Saturday in a two-vehicle crash in Winchester, Cal Fire reported.
The crash occurred on Winchester Road, near Simpson Road, at 2:44 p.m., according to Cal Fire's Jody Hagemann.
Firefighters had to extricate at least one person, Hagemann said.
The injured parties were taken by ambulance to area hospitals, where condition reports were not available.
