VIDEO: Man Allegedly Gunned Down by Cop

The suspect was an off-duty sheriff's deputy, and the victim was a 36-year-old Winchester man, officials say.

A 36-year-old Winchester man was shot to death in Spelly's Bar and Grille, a bar on the border of Murrieta and Temecula.
