Woman Arrested in Temecula on Suspicion of Stabbing
She was accused of being connected to the fatal stabbing of two men during a child's birthday party.
A woman was arrested in Temecula Tuesday facing murder charges after her arrest in connection with the 2007 fatal stabbings of two men at a party in Homeland, sheriff's officials said.
Lizbeth Robles, 27, of Homeland is suspected of being connected with the fatal stabbings of Miguel Angel Salas, 18, of Homeland and Brice Negron Moreno, 21, of Perris in the early-morning hours of May 28, 2007 outside a residence at 25816 Ritter Ave. where a child's birthday party was taking place, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. A man who tried to head off the violence was also stabbed but survived.
In 2007 and 2009, sheriff's investigators arrested Samuel David Navarro, 34, Joseph Navarro, 22, and Eric Geovanni Garcia, 22, who were charged with first-degree murder for the killings. Joseph Navarro and Garcia were juveniles at the time of the stabbings, but are being tried as adults. All three are currently on trial, according to the Riverside Press- Enterprise.

Robles was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Temecula Courthouse and was being held at the in French Valley on $1 million bail, according to sheriff's online booking records, which show that she is due to appear in court at the on Thursday.
