A boy with moderate to serious burns to the upper extremities and face walked into the Anza station of Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department late Thursday afternoon, fire officials reported.
An air ambulance transported the youth from the Highway 371 station to an area hospital burn unit, fire officials said.
No further information was available on the incident.
