Youth Burned in Face in Anza

Boy transported by air ambulance to burn unit

A boy with moderate to serious burns to the upper extremities and face walked into the Anza station of Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department late Thursday afternoon, fire officials reported.

An air ambulance transported the youth from the Highway 371 station to an area hospital burn unit, fire officials said.

No further information was available on the incident.

I was my 13 year old son. I took him to fire station Minor flash burn to hand. Just for precaution if earned him an air lift to Arrowhead regional. I drove there and he was released with a lesson learned. thank you for concern he is doing fine.
