A road that would connect rural communities such as De Luz with the City of Temecula is being discussed again, The Press-Enterprise is reporting.
The roadway -- called the Western Bypass -- would open a corridor and the chance for development, some say.
Although the idea has been on the table for years, Ambient Communities wants to see it happen.
