Liberty Quarry Hearings

Riverside County Board of Supervisors holds public hearing to consider Granite Construction's proposed Liberty Quarry Project, a mile-long open pit gravel mine, in the Temecula area. Large numbers of opponents and proponents are expected to attend the hearing, scheduled for Jan. 30 and Feb. 6, each time starting at 9 a.m.

People who wish to speak at the meetings will be required to fill out a form before they address the Board of Supervisors. Each individual will have three minutes to address the Board of Supervisors.
