Homeless Shelter Fights to Stay Open

Project TOUCH got a notice to close down Monday from code enforcement. Tuesday, they went to City Hall to protest the act.

A homeless shelter running in a vacant church in Temecula got a notice on Monday to close down.

The organization, Murrieta-based Project TOUCH, went to City Hall with some clients Tuesday to make a case for staying open.
