No wonder there is so much Bullying by kids. Look at this congressman. They should be setting examples. I guess he was never taught" not to say anything if you if you didn't have something nice to say" . No wonder the world is the way it is. We are all here on earth for a short time . We should all try to get along. The world could be a better place.

Just because a person is strong enough to stand up and speak for what he believes in, doesn't mean he is a bad person or one who wouldn't continue to do his job well. Hats off to you young man. THIS IS WHAT THE REAL AMERICA IS ALL ABOUT, THE RIGHT TO DISAGREE WITHOUT PERSECUTION!

If those who conducted top secret missions who were ordered never to speak of those missions went around telling people about them, would that be protected speach under the first ammendment? No, it would not. The rules pertaining to service members are there for a very good reason. If somebody wants to speak out against our government leaders thats fine, as long as they are not subject to UCMJ (US service members).

When you enter the Military you have to pledge to obey the Commander in Chief, not say you would disobey orders. Those comparing this to Nazi Soldiers defense of thei actions are out of touch.

Vote Humter out of office! He doesn't have the sense to figure out that service members conduct is subject to UCMJ! He talks the good talk but can't walk the walk.

It is not right for a soldier to speak wrong of his superior, and it is not right for a congressman to encourage such a thing

Maybe it was the fake birth certificate that drove him over the edge :(

I hope the congressman's position is not motivated simply by anti Obamism. That would be the wrong motivation. I think Obummer sucks big time but that should not be the reason to support somebody who is clearly in the wrong.
