Letter to the Editor: Issa Supports Paule

Temecula's congressman writes a letter supporting a French Valley man's campaign to win the state assembly race.

Dear Riverside County Friends,

I am writing this quick note to bring you up to date on the campaign in Assembly District 67 and to urgently request that you endorse Phil Paule.

It's recently come to my attention that SEIU is planning to spend huge sums of money to defeat Phil Paule and elect the union's hand-picked candidate. SEIU is the most powerful big-labor union in the country. They've spent hundreds of millions of dollars electing Barack Obama and liberal allies to bolster his leftist agenda, and they will stop at nothing to defeat Phil Paule and elect a liberal in his place.

Phil Paule has worked shoulder to shoulder with me for more than a decade in my fight against waste, fraud and abuse and I know that he is someone who will fight for conservative values in Southwest Riverside County.

The race has not gotten much attention, but Phil's dedication to grassroots campaigning is paying off. Phil and his volunteer team have visited with more than 10,000 voters at their doorsteps.

I urge you to endorse Phil Paule and support his campaign in any way you can. Your endorsement now, as absentee voting is about to start, will make the difference. You won't regret supporting Phil Paule.

Please call Phil personally at 951-297-8117 or contact his campaign by clicking here if you can help his campaign in any way.

Very truly yours,
Darrell Issa
Member of Congress

If Phil Paule gets in that will probably be the last we will see or hear of him, just like Mr Issa, other than on T.V. of course

Don, Your point is....? If the wins, he'll have what they call a "job". It's a strange and foriegn concept for the Obama crowd. Yes, you actually have to show up and "do stuff" which could pull you off the couch.

Tea Baggers are waste, fraud and abuse. What have you done for Ruverside County? Nothing, but caused the loss of jobs and decline in housing market...

Well I appreciate Issa's letter. Now I know who NOT to vote for. Local Democratic party, you need to start publicizing the Democrats in local elections so we can be informed when we go to the polls in November.

Democrats or Republicans, no matter who is on top, you're still getting screwed.

Melissa Melendez is the one to vote for. Paule is a typical Politician scumbag. Clean house, by voting out the life long incumbent corrupt politicians and all RINOS like Randon Lane.
