Traffic Safety Near Schools Scrutinized

The Temecula Planning Commission is scheduled to take a look at traffic safety around a local elementary schools.

 

Officials are scheduled to scrutinize traffic safety around Redhawk and Jackson elementary schools.

The Public and Traffic Safety Commission is set to meet at 6 p.m. tomorrow at the Civic Center. The public was invited to attend.

They were also scheduled to discuss a plan to put stop signs on Roripaugh Road.

Residents requested the stop signs, but the city's staff is recommending the commission reject the request.

The meeting is part of a series of reviews of each school site's traffic safety in Temecula Valley Unified School District.
