San Diego will get $200 million in cycling infrastructure -- We can dream, right?

This is good news. We don't live in San Diego County, of course, but a lot of us ride there. San Diego County is going to spend $200 million for cycling infrastructure over the next 10 years. There is not that kind of commitment in Riverside County, but we can dream, right? Here is the link:
