Geri-Fit to Exhibit at City of Temecula Senior Health Fair September 29

The Geri-Fit Company will be exhibiting at the City of Temecula's Health and Wellness Fair scheduled for Saturday, September 29 from 9:00 am-1:00 pm. The Temecula-based fitness company provides strength training exercise programs for older adults throughout the United States.

The company will provide free handouts on weight training exercises older adults can do at home to increase muscular strength. Most of the exercises are performed seated in a chair and only requires a set of 2-pound dumbbells.

The Temecula Health and Wellness Fair is sponsored by the City of Temecula and Valley Physicians Network. The free event will be held at the City of Temecula's Civic Center located at 41000 Main Street in Old Town Temecula. Vendors will be exhibiting both indoors and outdoors that day.
