Introduction to Wine Making

This course provides beginning winemakers with the basic "how to" instructions and advanced technical training on all aspect of winemaking. Students will learn the winemaking process, wine materials, harvesting, grape processing, yeast selection, fermentation, and wine filtration. The instructor is Jim Hart, the wine maker at Hart Winery (Temecula) and Milagro Farms Winery (Ramona). He is a certified vintner though University of California at Davis. The class will take place at Hart Winery in Temecula (41300 Avenida Biona, Temecula CA USA 92591).

To register for the class, you will need to go to Murrieta Valley Adult School, 24150 Hayes Avenue, Murrieta, Ca  92562. Office is open Monday through Thursday from 1:00 to 7:00 pm. Only checks or cash will be accepted. Cost is $60 for the class.There are 5 meetings left.
