Rancho Christian Hosts First Football Camp

More than 80 athletes turned out for the inaugural event.

held its first summer football camp.

More than 80 local athletes in grades 6-12 turned out for the Eagle Football Camp, which ran Friday to Sunday.

Students and parents were treated to a steak dinner Friday night, then coaches worked with athletes on their skills all day Saturday and Sunday.

Head coach Kenric Jameison and assistant coaches Terrell Davis, a former Denver Bronco, and Tyree Washington, a former professional in track and field, guided the students.

“The boys left sore and very excited about what they learned and how hard they worked to take their game to the next level,” said Alex McLean, a spokesperson for the school.
