TVUSD to Hold Common Core Demonstration on Tuesday

There will also be a question and answer session during the meeting that is scheduled to take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 14.

This year, alongside districts across the nation, the Temecula Valley Unified School District has been in the process of transitioning to the new Common Core State Standards.

On Tuesday, May 14, parents will have the opportunity to attend a Common Core Classroom Demonstration. In addition to a demonstration of an English Language-Arts lesson, parents will have the chance to take part in a Question and Answer session to learn more about the Common Core State Standards. The demonstration will take place from from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Conference Rooms A, B and C at Temecula Valley Unified School District administrative offices, 31350 Rancho Vista Road.
