Temecula's Champ to Pedal for Olympic Gold

Sarah Hammer, world champion cyclist, is our hometown hero in London

Sarah Hammer holds her fourth world pursuit title, two world records and two world cup gold medals in track cycling, along with 20 national cycling championship titles, but she's looking to add one little medal: a gold one.

Temecula's Hammer will be trying for that honor in the 2012 Summer Olympic Games, which start with opening day ceremonies on July 27 in London.
