BUYER BEWARE!!!! Use another company - CalWest or Hwy 79 vendors. Mike/Owner did not keep his word from day one. Linda/office is so rude on phone its amazing they are even in business. Called May 2013 telling Mike I had a dead pump and wanted someone local to install it, asked about the warranty over phone, in emails, certified letters but NO warranty info was ever given although Mike promised three times it was coming. Why isn't their warranty and refund policy CLEARLY STATED ON THEIR PAPERWORK???? Its all VERY FISHY.
July 2013 they finally installed the pump - we waited TWO months with their office screw ups to get it, missed Memorial Day and Fourth of July usage - but they did not record the serial number on their invoice and kept promising they'd send the warranty info - never did.
They have NO warranty on invoices, NO serial number for parts we paid over $400 for. Finally, had to take the skirt off our above ground spa to get a camera way underneath on the other side of pump as the label was on that side. What a pain! THEN we learned the "new pump for top dollar" is from 2008!!!! They refuse to take it out and put a new one in. How is a consumer to know if its "new" or "rebuilt"? This is thievery and after seeing all the bad reviews on Yelp, here and Google, its SHOCKING they are around. From their technician who lied about pricing to rude office staff to Owner with no integrity - BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!
