Benefit Events to Raise Money for Late Educator's Family

A pair of upcoming benefits aim to raise college funds for the children of Shelly Graesser, an assistant principal who died in a tractor mishap.

Two upcoming events are scheduled to raise money for a college fund for the children of a teacher who died in a tractor mishap.

An event is set for 5-8 p.m. Thursday at and is sponsored by the MOMS Club of Murrieta Central. A second event is set for 5-8 p.m. on May 31 at the 's at the Promenade mall, according to Amy Zebrack, one of the organizers.

The proceeds will go to a college fund for the two young children of Shelly Graesser, an assistant principal at , got in on her family's berry farm in Temecula and died in April.
