Press release by California Highway Patrol Officer Nathan Baer:
At the end of the summer season there is an increased need for blood donations.
The California Highway Patrol’s Temecula Area is pleased to have partnered with Life Stream for our second annual (at this location) “Blead By Example” blood drive.
The blood drive will be held 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday at the CHP’s Temecula Area office, 27685 Commerce Center Drive.
According to Life Stream, “Giving blood is an easy way to help the lives of others. "Blead By Example" creates a blood donation campaign that allows local communities to rally around their neighbors, family members, or friends who are suffering because of motor vehicle tragedies.”
The Temecula Area is encouraging the entire community to come out and participate in this event. All participants will receive a free movie pass (while supplies last.)
