The…More Inland Valley office serves Temecula along with Beaumont, Banning, Cabazon, Moreno Valley, Riverside, Jurupa, Perris, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake and Murrieta.</p> <p>Local volunteers govern the organization and make all fundraising decisions. It sponsors a wide variety of programs, but locals know it best as the host of the "Day of Caring," when hundreds of volunteers hit the streets to fix fences, paint walls, clean up trash and do other good deeds.</p> <p>The local branch of the organization runs out of a one-room office in a three-story wooden building above a steak house. It has been running from various locations in Riverside County since 1931.</p>
